Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. we offer a two bedroom house that will sleep six on two adjustable queen beds and a very comfortable sectional, a theater room, breakfast nook, kitchen with all the amenities for dinning. also we offer for rent a 24' pontoon for skydivers retrieval or just to cruz the snake river to see the beautiful water way and watch for sky divers under the Perrine bridge . we are two blocks from grocery store and two blocks from the park. The space This is a two bedroom house with a completely fenced large yard and a partial wrap around deck , inside you'll find a sectional couch with throws and pillows as well as a t.v. Two bedrooms off the living front room with adjustable queen size beds with Sleepy mattress for comfort. Soft fluffy pillows are on each bed and throughout the house. There is a nice dining area (breakfast nook) with sliding door to the deck. The kitchen is stocked with utensils that will aid in your meal preparations just off the living rooms. The theater room has a rocking chair and a couch with two recliners attached to one another on each side of an extremely comfortable couch , the center seat can be opened to access usb portals for yr electronic devices and 110 plug in, as well as a reading lamp in the headrest. there is a washer dryer combo for you to use as needed. two bathrooms, one off the theater romm has a bath and shower and the one attached to the center bedroom (2) with a shower and the vanity is in bedroom 2 with a walk in closet with shelving. There are two barbeques for you to use and we ask that they stay where they are for safety reasons. they are propane and briquettes, we will provide the propain. we also have a pontoon for rent charter or rent pending on your skill level. can discuss at time of consideration for property stay. Guest access you'll have access to the whole house, yard and parking Other things to note there is a supermarket/gas station two blocks away and a park with baseball diamonds, skate park, picnic tables and jungle gym three blocks away. Summer time we will offer a pontoon and kayaks to rent while you stay. the pontoon will be available only after a competency test or is available with guided tours of the snake river
