Top modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 5 beds. 1 double bed in bedroom No. 1 and 3 single beds in bedroom No. 2. Bright and nice, recently renovated. Bed linen/shower towels are not provided but can be rented for NOK 200 per guest. Then the bed is ready upon arrival, and it includes 1 large towel + 1 smaller. NB EL car can be charged on site with must be agreed upon when you arrive. This is not included….. The space You use the whole apartment with 2 terraces, a small one facing Lista lighthouse and a large one facing east and the sea. Guest access There is a swimming pool on the property that can be used for special occasions when it is heated. This is something that must be agreed upon request at the time of booking and/or upon arrival. The pool is in the winter garden of the main house. Other things to note Here are great hiking areas with the sea as the closest neighbor. Nice to look at in quiet weather and spectacular in storm.... This house is in a fixed rental in the summer with a German rental company.
