The house got all new LVP flooring, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and lighting. We repainted the entire home, after installing new baseboards and door casings. You would not believe the transformation. After the remodel, the interior was professionally furnished and decorated (everything new). You would be hard pressed to find a nicer short term rental. Guest access You have full access to the home, including use of the brand new washer/dryer. Other things to note We have 2 additional homes in the Murfreesboro area.
