The space The house features a cozy open concept kitchen, a large fenced backyard excellent for entertaining and family activities, and a bonus room upstairs that can be turned into extra sleeping space. Guests will have access to the entire house, except for a few locked owner's closets and the garage. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Add-ons Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Keep in mind Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. The property has a no-smoking policy, including electronic cigarettes, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for small pets under 25 lbs. The house is equipped with exterior cameras for added security, and guests must respect community guidelines and keep the property clean. Parking is limited to 4 standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed.
