The space ✨ Perfect for Families & Groups ✨ Welcome to your home away from home! 🛏 Bedrooms • Bedroom 1: Spacious room with a King-size bed, matching nightstands, warm lamps, a 43” TV, dresser, standing mirror, and a private full bathroom. • Bedroom 2: Serene room featuring a comfortable Queen bed and two nightstands. • Bedroom 3: Twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle, nightstand, great for kids or additional guests. 🚿 Restrooms • Private full bathroom inside bedroom 1 • Second full bathroom centrally located with shower and toilet 🍽 Dining Area • Bright and inviting dining space with a 6-person table, perfect for meals, work, or gathering. 🛋 Living Room • Cozy living area with an L-shaped sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing or enjoying downtime, featuring a 40-inch Vizio TV for your entertainment. 🧺 Laundry • In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. 🍳 Kitchen • Equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, cups, and silverware everything you need to cook and feel at home. Guest access Our self-check-in process allows you to enter the apartment without needing to meet the host for key handover. Other things to note We have a Ring doorbell camera outside of our home at the entrance for security and your peace of mind. Please be assured that we do not have any cameras inside the home, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A penalty of $200 will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found, or if the house has been penetrated by smoke. This includes any damages or odors caused by smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside the property and all cigarette buds must be picked up and thrown in the garbage after completely tuned off. 2) No loud noises after 11 PM. 3) No events or parties. 4) All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. Additional day guests are welcome with notice and a $10 per person, per day fee. 5) If you plan to bring your furry friend, please be sure to ADD your dog TO your RESERVATION. Failure to include your pet may result in an additional fee, which we’d prefer to avoid. 6)The cleaning fee you pay is for preparing the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently before checking out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee based on how long it takes to clean up after you. While we don’t expect you to scrub the home, please be sure to pick up your trash and return items to their original places. 7) The checkout time is at 11 AM. If you aren’t out of the house by then, we’re going to have to charge you a late fee of $100. (We need time to get the house ready for our next guests, so please be considerate!). 8) It is your responsibility to prevent locking yourself out. A fee of $35 will be charged if we need to send someone to let you back in. 9)Please do not eat on the sofas. Any food or water stains found on the sofas will result in a $110 cleaning fee, which will be charged to cover professional cleaning services. 10) Please report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Any damage made to the property or furnishings will be billed to you and reported to Airbnb. Damage Reporting: Any damage to the property must be reported immediately. Failure to report damage will result in no negotiation regarding repair or replacement costs.
