Closet for storage. Bedroom 3: Lower level. One Queen bed and two Twin Futons that can be pulled together to make a Queen bed. Loft: One Twin bed and one triple fold Full Futon mattress. Common Space: Queen Murphy bed Full Bathroom 1: Main level. Standup shower. Full Bathroom 2: Finished basement. Standup shower. Half bath is located on the main level. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryers are also available. Beach towels are also included during your stay. Smart TV's, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom. All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. The dining area seats eight, with three additional seats at the kitchen island and extra seating at the outdoor dining area. Starter supply of paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper are provided! Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A drip coffee maker and Keurig are available, and we provide a starter set of ground coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia. You can also enjoy our waffle bar, with one box of waffle mix, maple syrup, and chocolate syrup provided by us for a delicious breakfast! Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. Any pets other than dogs must be approved in advance before the reservation. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fee per animal. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets outside. A $25 additional cleaning fee may apply if extra cleanup is needed due to pets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), and outdoor spaces. Other things to note The grill is located under the covered porch and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. A charcoal grill is also available, and you’re welcome to bring your own charcoal. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
