We've all seen a movie where the guest has a nightmare stay in a cheap NY motel! The guests are kept awake at night by all manner of situations. That won't happen here! Guaranteed: You will be safe! The former recording studio of the owner, Erik-Peter, this is a HUGE room with 2 closets and a comfortable queen-size bed with a mirror, side table with lamp, Smart TV offering Netflix, and electric and USB outlets. Extra folding tables and a computer desk provide flexibility for dining or working with a laptop, etc. The room has heat and a room air-conditioner as needed. The room has a mini-fridge and microwave. We've called it the Entertainment Suite since it also features a digital piano, digital keyboard (with sounds), a luxurious reclining power chair with USB charger, 2 office chairs, a piano bench, treadmill and exercise Matt! It also has a Playstation (PS) 4 with a couple games, but bring your own for more fun! You can also connect your laptop to the huge mounted display with a lightning connector if desired. You definitely won't get bored in this suite!) It also has an internal shared and exterior private entrance!) Close to SO MANY great places! Although there is no kitchen use allowed, each room has a mini fridge and microwave, as well as folding tables and computer desks for dining. 1st floor is disallowed for gatherings. We ask that while you are in the house, to kindly remove your outside shoes and place them on the 1st floor shoe racks to prevent our new stair carpet from getting dirty or water-damaged. We do our best to keep the floors clean daily, but even one walk-around in shoe tracks can leave an unexpected amount of dirt! Please note, we have a 9-year-old cat named Simba who lives on the 1st floor and is not allowed into guest rooms or bathrooms. You may occasionally see her.
