Very good, house in Porsgrunn city center with free parking for several and large cars. The house has two large bedrooms + a sleeping alcove, with a window. The house has two floors & two bathrooms. The house is equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. Large, airy, rooms with good ceiling height and plenty of space. One bathroom has stylish, bathtub, washing machine and dryer while the second bathroom has a shower cubicle. Open kitchen and living room. All of the city center amenities are in the immediate vicinity The space City centre house with short distance to Herøya industrial park, University of Southeast Norway, shopping and all the city's attractions. 2 min walk to Down Town, the shopping center in Porsgrunn where you will find, among other things, the restaurants Egon & Kompis. In just a short walking distance you will also find Asia food, Kiwi, Elkjøp and many more. You can also walk 2 minutes and take the cozy walk along Porsgrunnselva. Along the river you will find restaurants/eateries such as Follow, Merci, Jonas B, Øya, Kafe K & Osebro. Everything from shopping, hiking areas, training opportunities, cafes and nightlife, is close by. You have access to the main part of the house. In the house there is also a studio in the basement. It is walking distance to both sea, mountains and nice hiking areas from the house. Approx. 20 minutes drive from the terminals to Color Line and the airport in Torp. Brevik, Stathelle and Langesund, with fishing and swimming opportunities, are only a short drive away. The house has an alarm system.
