Minutes to the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, Rocket Mortgage Field House, Westside Market/Ohio City, Cleveland Clinic, University Circle / museums. There are 3 bedrooms, Master with a king, and private bath and the other two with queen beds, closet, and dresser. The bathroom is a bathtub/shower combo. The kitchen comes with all new appliances and cookware. There is a drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster available as well. The dining table seats 8/10 people. There is a outdoor patio deck with a nice seating area to relax and an awesome rooftop Deck as well!! There are also security cameras outside the home near the front and back doors for safety only. Borders trendy Ohio City, home of the Westside Market and a host of eateries and bars. Cleveland is home to one of the world's best orchestras which can be enjoyed at Severance Hall in University Circle. Here one can also find the amazing Cleveland Museum of Art, Botanical Gardens, Museum of Natural History, Crawford Auto Museum, and Western Reserve Historical Society. Walk anywhere in Tremont. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund. ✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided. ✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with us, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are seeking an alternate venue for their affairs or events. We reserve the right to turn away such guests. ✹ Our townhome consists of 3 levels (kitchen and family room, bedrooms and full bath, and the roof top patio), so please be prepared for some stairs. ✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property. ✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM ""Especially Outdoor" 1. Please place all garbage in wastebasket. 2. No loud music after 10:00pm 3. Please wash any dishes, coffee pot and filter. 4. NO SMOKING indoors. 5.
