Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment during their stay. Other things to note Quiet Street: The flat is downtown but located on a calm, residential block. You’ll have nightlife and breweries within walking distance without the late-night noise. Parking: Two driveway spots are reserved for your stay. Guests must park tandem (behind each other). Please note the driveway isn’t picture-perfect and can collect water at the base during heavy rain. The city has a planned street repair, but until then it’s fully usable for guest parking. Additional free street parking is available nearby. Stairs: The unit is on the first floor and may require stairs. Pet-Friendly: We love hosting dogs — just bring their essentials and keep pups off furniture. Historic Charm: This is a classic downtown Frederick home.
