Pettit Place

Pettit Place was built in 1929 as a general store in downtown Williamsville, just on the outskirts of Kosciusko. Originally, the front half was the general store with the living quarters in back. We have completely remodeled it into a spacious four bedroom, 2300 sq ft home with an office overlooking the main street out front. Get the old time experience with a modern setup. There is a Dollar General only a 1/4 mile away and a Walmart is only 2.5 miles away. The space This property includes a master suite with king sized bed and bath room with large walk in shower. The queen suite is just off the fully stocked kitchen and connects to the remaining bedrooms. This bedroom is SEMI-PRIVATE. Washer and dryer access are included as well as a deck with grill. Be mindful of the HIGH thresholds which is a characteristic of this 100 year old property. The parking area is under the front porch, and is kind of tight so be careful pulling in. This area will accommodate two vehicles. If you have more than two vehicles, you can park across the street or on the end by the dumpster. Guest access Feel free to enjoy all of the house and yard.
