Description

Enjoy the sounds of Superior and unwind at Eagle Ridge – a unique and tranquil getaway. Recently renovated for 2026, this Scandinavian-inspired cabin is loaded with amenities. Enjoy the outdoor sauna, a well-equipped kitchen, an entertainment area complete with a pool table, bar, and plenty of space! The home is located within a quiet neighborhood bordering the Hiawatha National Forest. The space Escape to our recently updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern cabin in the heart of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Every inch of the home has been updated to provide a comfortable and relaxing space for families and friends. Nestled amongst the trees, Eagle Ridge sits high on a bluff overlooking Lake Superior. In the winter months when the leaves have dropped from the towering Oak and Birch trees, you can catch a glimpse of Superior to the north, and if you’re lucky, you may even see a freighter passing in the distance. In the summer, you’ll be able to enjoy the large backyard, access to a sandy Lake Superior beach, the 170-acre inland Monocle Lake, and miles of hiking trails! Access world-class SXS and snowmobile trails from your doorstep! • Main Living, Kitchen & Dining The open concept main floor features plentiful natural light through the floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, ample seating, a Roku TV, and board/card games galore! Prepare homemade meals in the fully stocked kitchen and share meals at the expandable dining table. • Bedrooms & Bathrooms Bedroom 1: Upstairs master with queen bed. Adjacent full bath with shower and bathtub. Bedroom 2: Queen bed downstairs off the lower-level living area. Adjacent full bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 3: Loft overlooking the main living area. A cozy and functional space with two queen beds – perfect for extra guests! • Lower-level Living & Bar After a long day exploring outside, unwind and relax in the lower-level entertainment area. Featuring a pool table, bar, fridge, Roku TV and walkout access to the expansive backyard. Please note that guests are not permitted to use the wood-burning stove. • Outdoor Space A three-person electric sauna is available to unwind and relax your muscles, perfect for any season! In the summer months, enjoy morning coffee or alfresco dining on the wraparound deck. Gather for cozy nights under the stars around the fire pit. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets on the lower level. Access to the home will be provided via keyless entry. Other things to note • The garage is used for owner storage and not accessible to guests. There is no on-street parking available. Parking is limited to four vehicles within the driveway. • Like many homes in the area, our home does not have central AC. If you’re visiting in July or August, we recommend opening the windows to get a nice breeze coming off the lake. We also provide fans. • For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are in place in the front of the home. • The total occupancy should not exceed 8 adults – extra children under 5 are welcome. Area Attractions: • Point Iroquois Lighthouse is a historic landmark and maritime museum located 1-mile east on Lakeshore Drive. An accessible boardwalk leads you down to the rocky beach, which is a prime spot for hunting Yooperlites! Another 5-miles east down Lakeshore lays Bay Mills, which offers a casino, restaurants, and an 18-hole golf course. • Sault Ste. Marie, MI is 30-miles east and is home to the “Soo Locks”, an engineering marvel that connects freighters from Lake Superior through the St Mary’s River and onto Lake Huron. The Soo has all major conveniences, including grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. • Paradise, MI is located 1-hour west and is home to Tahquamenon Falls State Park and the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum. A classic Upper Peninsula day trip!
