Room for bday parties, baby shower etc..BUT party room rents separately. Plenty of room on front porch to hang out. Have a 50 X 40 open building, rents separately for parties and cookouts. Rooms have a full sized bed, bedding, TV, closet, on a combo lock. Parties are EXTRA. Great for Insurance claims,Travel Nurse welcome, Parties Welcome The space This is a Barndominium on 1.5 acre. Four bedrooms are available with access to Kitchen and two bathrooms. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers. A living room that has a TV, two couches, a love seat and table for playing games OR eating. Guest access Smart lock code Other things to note Only the four bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and the building where you enter along with the front porch are available to you IF you don’t book a party. IF you book a party room ONLY that room you booked is available to you unless otherwise discussed. This is a HUGE place. Parties are allowed IF you book a party room.
