Full bathroom Upper Level (spiral staircase to access it): Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Twin Bunk Bed Full bathroom Sleeps 11 people total. Ideal for 2 families. Please note there is no smoking of any kind in or near our Leatherbark unit or building and the building has a no pet policy for renters. Bikes must be locked outside on your vehicle or bike rack. They will not be allowed in the unit or building. $1500 fine in place should this rule be broken. No parties. Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Guest access Access to entire unit with the exception of owner’s closets.
