A complete basement has no windows and totally underground. This particular Private Room has 2 windows. Other rooms have no windows. Please BE AWARE that YOU SHARE 1 full bathroom and 1 full kitchen with 4 other AIRBNB PRIVATE ROOMS! ________________________________________ 1. CANCELLATION — NO EXCEPTIONS YOU CANNOT CANCEL for any issue that is correctable. Shared bathroom/kitchen, and other shared spaces may be dirty because other guests use them. Your solution is to call the Host to clean, not to immediately call Airbnb to cancel. If you want guaranteed cleanliness, BOOK A HOTEL, not this shared listing. Shared areas are cleaned morning and afternoon, but no 24-hour cleaner is provided. You have to bring all your belongings out of the room with you and you must leave my property with all your belongings at 10 AM check out. You will commit TRESPASSING and ILLEGAL PRESENCE if you overstay after 10 AM. Please check out and leave my property at 10 AM SHARP, not 10:01 AM. You can only come back with your belongings at 4PM check in time if you paid Airbnb to rebook. You must pay Airbnb to extend your stay or rebook before the 10AM check out time so you are allowed to stay in your room or you are allowed to leave your things in your room. You are aware and agree that my cleaner will remove all items in the room after 10AM check out time if you have not paid Airbnb to extend your stay or rebook after 10AM. You agree to hold us not liable and free us from any claims of loss or damages if you left personal items after 10 AM check out without proof of paying Airbnb to extend your stay or without proof of paying Airbnb to rebook the room and you intentionally left your things in the room because this is an Airbnb Policy violation of OVERSTAYING, TRESPASSING and ILLEGAL PRESENCE and your account will be closed by Airbnb. You agree that all your personal items you left in my property which you failed to retrieve and remove after 5PM the same day of your check out will be thrown away by the host without compensating you. ________________________________________ 2.
