Fountain Ranch - Historic 1940 Restored Cottage

The Cottage was reinvented from a cabin that stood from the 40’s to compliment and extend the Ranch House. It includes king size bed that opens out onto the deck, 1 queen size bedroom that views the beautiful gardens of my grandmother, 1 bathroom with roll in shower that bathes you in the morning light, furnished kitchen overlooking the river, Dining room table. Outdoor seating on deck and shared pool and Jacuzzi with the Ranch House. The pool in not heated. Handicap accessible. Enjoy the peace! The space The house has two rooms. One with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. It also has a dining room area with seating for 6 as well as a small sitting area for reading. A full kitchen with dishwasher and all amenities needed for cooking meals. Guest access Guest are welcome to use the property as well as walk to the river. They can also use the shared hot-tub and pool. Other things to note This cottage shares common grounds with the Ranch House, which is by reservation only. There is also a common pool and hot tub for both the Cottage and the Ranch House. Swimming suits are required.
