The Main Area 3 bedrooms, 2 baths: •Master King Suite with a futon bed, private bathroom, comes equipped with iron and ironing board, pack n’ play, Roku TV and a private deck entrance. •Queen Bedroom with Roku TV, steamer, small seating area, shared hallway bathroom. •Bunk Room with a twin over full bunk bed, small kids basketball hoop, Roku TV, shared hallway bathroom. Living Room Our open plan living area has beautiful views and is very spacious, perfect for enjoying company. There are board games and puzzles, access to the quiet sunroom, and a fireplace. It’s the ideal space for relaxing. Outdoor Space Our back deck features a grill, an outdoor heater for the cold winter months, plenty of comfy seating and beautiful seasonal lake views. Just steps away from the back deck is the fire-pit, perfect for relaxing with great company. We do not have parking for oversized vehicles or trailers. Please note that the driveway is shared, so we kindly ask that you be respectful of our neighbors at all times. We do not have parking for boats or trailers. To help maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Our designated parking areas include the concrete driveway directly in front of the house and the gravel area in front of the shed. We respectfully ask that you do not use the neighboring driveway for parking or turning around.
