The space Built in 2024, this newish and modern house is a 2-story single family house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry/coffee room upstairs, and living room, kitchen downstairs (not open to guests). Stairs to your room on the 2nd floor is right in front of you upon entering (16 steps). If you have difficulty climbing steps, please don't book. Guest access • 1 bedroom with queen size bed. • Private full bathroom in the hallway. • The common area with washer and dryer, coffee/snack bar, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and a toaster. • Backyard patio with furniture. • Driveway or street parking available. • No guest access to the first floor as that's my living quarter. During your stay I will provide detailed instructions on check in, door codes, appliance guide, and house manual so the stay will be self-sufficient for you. Messaging is the best way to reach me but please feel free to find me in person if you need anything! Other things to note • Requests from new accounts with no reviews will be declined. • Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am. • Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the premises (front/back patio, lawn, driveway). • No pets. • More than 2 guests will incur a fee of $25 per person per night.
