Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, our home is a perfect fit for anyone needing a comfortable stay in Muncie for a few days or longer. -This home features three bedrooms (including a loft bedroom), one bathroom, and a laundry room for your convenience. -sleeps 5 The space Home Overview • 3 bedrooms (including a loft bedroom) with ladder like stairs to entry way. • 1 bathroom • Designated workspace room • Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom • Laundry room with washer & dryer • Front porch with outdoor seating • Sleeping arrangements: 1 queen bed + 2 twin beds ⸻ Main Level The main level includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. • Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed • Bedroom 2: Twin-size bed We take cleanliness seriously—every towel, comforter, and sheet is washed between guests to ensure a fresh, comfortable stay. ⸻ Upper Level (Loft Area) Ladder like stairs entry level to upper loft bedroom. The upper level features a cozy loft bedroom with a twin bed, window seating along the wall, and a small side room with a closet, additional window seats, and a comfy chair for relaxing. There is also a table with board games for families, children, or friends to enjoy. ⸻ Parking Parking is available on the left side of the house in the gravel area, which fits up to two cars. Street parking is also available on the left side of the road in front of the house. Please do not block the mailboxes. ⸻ Other Things to Note To continue hosting comfortably, please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and be mindful of our neighbors. (Just a 3-minute drive!) • Cardinal Greenway Trail – A peaceful spot for walking, running, or biking. It connects to the White River Greenway and Central Levee Trail for even more exploring. (Accessible from Milton St.) • David Owsley Museum of Art – A wonderful collection of art from around the world, located on Ball State’s campus. (About a 6-minute drive) ⸻ 🏡 House Rules We want all guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! To help us maintain a peaceful and clean environment, please keep the following in mind: • No Smoking Indoors For everyone’s comfort, smoking isn’t allowed inside the home. If smoking is detected, a $350 cleaning fee plus a $100 odor-removal fee may apply. • No Parties or Events We kindly ask that gatherings stay small and quiet so our neighbors aren’t disturbed. Unauthorized parties may result in additional fees. $500 per event. Plus an additional $200 per guest will face. • Please Don’t Tamper With Security Equipment Cameras and systems help keep everyone safe. Just leave them as they are, and you’re all set! •No animals allowed will be fined with a $60 animal fee no dogs/ cats service dog can make an exception for but other than that will be a charge. If you are staying long, TRASH RUNS ON WEDNESDAY. You can set it on the side of the road
