Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No parties or large gatherings allowed No smoking inside the home We can only host guests for 31 nights or more. We do not allow short term bookings, please do not request a shorter term than 31 nights. Violations of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $500 fine. Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am Pets are welcome, with a paid pet fee of $400 (please confirm at booking- pets on premises must be disclosed) CLEANING: The cleaning fee covers both standard home cleaning and hot tub maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every guest. For extended stays, we provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to help keep the home feeling fresh and comfortable. Our team will coordinate the timing directly with you during your stay.
