Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2-story apartment on a quiet rural 5-acre property minutes from town. The ground floor "Bunkhouse" is a bright spacious bedroom with a queen bed & 2 full beds configured as bunk beds. The adjacent bathroom invites warmth via Mexican tile decor & ease via in-unit W/D. The "Nest" is the 2nd story retro kitchen/family room with notable amenities. Interior spiral staircase & exterior stairs connect the 2 floors. Every season offers unique fun & magic! The space This “home away from home” is a cozy inviting space offering a memorable place to create memories and have fun. The quiet setting allows you to unwind in peace with easy access to both public lands to wonder as well as all that town has to offer. You will soon experience why this side canyon is a favorite in our Wood River Valley. The "Bunkhouse bedroom" has three beds: one queen; and a bunk bed with two double beds. Additionally, there are 2 twin beds tucked away in the "corner berths" of the family room, best suited for children. Whole place can sleep 6 - most comfortable for 4. The interior spiral stairs are tight and low clearance - as an informative "heads up" and logistical "heads down". Our family lives on the property and the whole property is family focused. No parties;; drug free; no smoking; responsible alcohol consumption. If your intention is to party, please book somewhere else - thank you. Guest access The entirety of the “Nest Bunkhouse “ is for you to enjoy. The spacious deck is also strictly for your private enjoyment. Seasonally, there is an outside table and chairs on a side yard - along with a couple chaise lounge chairs for relaxing. The backyard is shared with the homeowners and is a kids dream come true with: a big grassy area; yard games and toys kept in an outdoor weather resistant box; play dome; obstacle gym slack line; play kitchen and club house with a slide, swings and sand box. Lots for busy bodies, hands and imaginations! Seasonally, there are hammocks, a fire pit with seating; gardens; and picnic table area.
