Come and enjoy your new home away from home. Whether you are looking to relax or explore, this recently renovated home mixed with a mid-century modern feel is perfect for you. Spacious inside and out, located in the heart of Ephrata, it is less than an hour away from attractions, shopping and restaurants in Lancaster, Lititz and Hershey. We have poured a lot of love into this home, which has been in our family since it was built in the 1950's, to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The space This charming home offers a spacious living room with an additional room off the living room and a roomy high-ceilinged sunroom. It includes a full kitchen, a dining room off the kitchen, three bedrooms, a full bathroom and a half bath in the master bedroom. Outside there is a patio in front and back and plenty of open yard. Room Details: Living Room 1- Couches and chairs, electric fireplace, smart TV, reading materials, games. Living Room 2 (Sunroom)- Leather couch (converts to queen bed) and bean bag chairs, smart TV, PS4 console. Kitchen- Dishes and silverware, essentials for cooking, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker/water dispenser, drip coffee maker, keurig. Dining Room- 8’ Table (can seat up to 10 people with 2 additional chairs from sunroom) Bedroom 1 (Master)-Queen bed, 2 nightstands, closet, desk, full length mirror. Bedroom 2-Queen bed, nightstand, dresser, closet. Bedroom 3-Bunk bed with trundle (twin over full with pull out twin), dresser, closet. Bathroom 1 (Full)- Full bathroom with shower/tub, sink, toilet. Bathroom 2 (Half)-Half bathroom with sink, toilet. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire house. Patio and lawn are available for outdoor activities. Parking is available in the driveway on the left side of the house with additional parking available in the driveway to the right of the house. The basement (HVAC, utilities, and storage area) is unavailable. Other things to note We are at a central location to explore Ephrata, the heart of Lancaster (25 mins), Hershey (45 mins), Lititz (20 mins), Bird-in-Hand (25 mins), and so much more. There are grocery stores, gas stations, and a hospital located nearby for any needs.
