The Master Suite includes a King size bed, a queen size sofa bed, and a spacious closet. The 3rd small room has a double-size luxury sleeper futon offering flexible sleeping options for a child and/or a peaceful dedicated workspace for those looking for inspiration in a natural setting. ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME: Experience the comforts of home, elevated with a touch of luxury. The fully equipped kitchen boasts gleaming stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, ready for any culinary endeavor. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer/dryer, and delight in the small comforts like 2 premium coffee machines, a toaster, a waffle iron, cooking utensils, dishware/flatware – ensuring every morning starts perfectly. Vera Guest access Enjoy this Lake View Gem nestled in from the main road in the suburbs of Deltona Beach, Deltona, Florida and its amenities. NOTE: You can enjoy the entire house and its 3.5 acres surroundings, however, please AVOID THE SMALL WHITE BUILDING AREA - under renovation. Although the property is on FILTERED WELL WATER system - we recommend not drinking the tap water. Kindly use bottled water instead. Complementary "starter" bottled waters will be provided. Other things to note This property is beautifully set in a stunning natural environment, providing breathtaking views and the tranquility of unspoiled landscapes. It offers an elevated experience infused with a touch of luxury. There could be wild life around, so always be careful. It is common to see alligators near lakes and ponds in Florida. Also, you will see the beautiful crane birds and there are black bears in the area. NOTE: The property is on WELL WATER SYSTEM, although filtration exist. please DO NOT drink or cook with tap water. Use bottled water instead. Complementary "starter" bottled water will be provided.
