The space Welcome to our comfortable and welcoming shared home! This listing is for a private guest bedroom within my personal residence. I live on-site and am readily available if you need anything during your stay. As someone who travels for work myself, I know the feeling of wanting a place that feels like a home away from home while still staying within a budget. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space where you can relax after a long day of work or traveling without having to spend a fortune. Traveling workers, rivergoers, pipeliners, cement workers, oil field workers, solar field workers, contractors, and out-of-town guests, you are all welcome! Whether you're here for a few nights or an extended work assignment, I want you to have a comfortable place to rest, recharge, and feel at home. Parking is one less thing to worry about! There is plenty of parking available for your personal vehicle and/or work truck. Guests will have a private bedroom along with access to shared areas including the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with everyday cooking essentials, and we also have a stocked coffee and tea area for you to enjoy. You'll also have access to Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, fresh towels, and other amenities to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared spaces, and we simply ask everyone to be respectful, clean, and considerate of the home. The home is conveniently located near H-E-B, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions.
