The space BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 – Retreat to the spacious primary suite, complete with a King bed and en-suite bathroom. The calming design and soft lighting create a peaceful escape after a day by the river or on the trails. Bedroom 2 – This bright bedroom offers a Queen bed with easy access to a full bathroom just outside the door. BATHROOMS Enjoy 2 full bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and essentials. The primary bath is en-suite, while the second bathroom is located just off the hallway—perfect for guests. Both offer bright lighting and clean, modern finishes. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Cook, gather, and unwind in the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for meals at home—from morning coffee to cozy dinners. The open-concept lounge flows naturally into the dining space, creating the perfect environment for hanging out, planning adventures, or simply enjoying a quiet night in. The cozy living room offers space to unwind, with stunning views and large smart TV for evenings in. Please note the fire place is not available for guest use. You’ll also find in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
