The kitchen and dining area include a cozy dining table and chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and a coffee maker/kettle. While it may not be a fully equipped kitchen like your own home, it is equipped with basic kitchenware to prepare simple meals. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. Add-ons For those traveling with pets, small pets under 25 lbs may be approved with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Keep in mind Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is strictly at 10 a.m., with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night.
