Other things to note 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Early check-in / late check-out: Available upon request and subject to an additional fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. 📺 Entertainment & Internet Streaming services available — please log in with your own account(s). High-speed WiFi provided throughout the home. 🌙 Quiet Hours & Conduct Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. The City of Kathleen enforces local noise ordinances rigorously — violations may result in fines or immediate removal from the property. Please respect neighbors and maintain appropriate noise levels. 🚭 Smoking & Pets No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. No pets are allowed unless an exception is approved in advance. If approved, a non-refundable $175 pet fee applies to cover the additional cleaning required. Unauthorized pets will result in the same fee being charged. 🚗 Parking Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles on the premises. 🔐 Guest Access The property uses a digital E-lock with a unique access code provided prior to check-in. Minimum age to rent: 21 years old. 🏊 Pool Information & Safety Private swimming pool available at no additional cost (not heated). South Georgia weather is generally warm, though temperature can vary during colder months. Guests must sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. A safety gate is installed and must remain secured at all times. Please supervise children and non-swimmers at all times. 📷 Security & Monitoring A Ring doorbell camera is installed for security and emergency purposes only. Additional exterior cameras monitor side access gates for property security. No cameras are located inside the home. 🧹 Extended Stay Policy (45+ Nights) For stays longer than 45 nights, a mid-stay reset will be performed by the host. This includes property maintenance, linen reset, and a rule compliance check to ensure continued eligibility. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
