The Golden Vaults is an ancient, beautiful and traditional Amalfitan two stories house with two separate entrances made of two disconnected apartments. It has been carefully restored to conserve its character and the charm of its original structure The space The Golden Vaults – Second Floor offers a charming private courtyard that leads to the entrance. Upon entering, a hallway connects the various rooms of the apartment. The living room features a comfortable sofa, which can serve as an additional bed for an adult or older child, along with a dining table, chairs, and a satellite TV with internet connectivity, allowing guests to stream their home TV plan, YouTube, or internet radio. The well-appointed kitchenette is fully equipped with modern amenities, including an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, four-burner gas stove, cutlery, cookware, and dinnerware for up to 10 guests, as well as a Lavazza capsule coffee machine. From the living room, guests can access the private sea view terrace , an ideal space for relaxation and outdoor dining. The terrace is furnished with a large table, chairs, and a bench that can accommodate up to eight guests, and is shaded by an awning for protection from the sun. The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, adorned with beautiful blue tiles, and equipped with an enclosed shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed (which can be converted into two single beds) and an additional single bed. Adjacent to this bedroom is a second bathroom, tastefully tiled in green, and outfitted with an enclosed shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, and a washing machine. In total, the second floor of The Golden Vaults can comfortably accommodate up to five guests. The property is conveniently located near the village center. A bus stop for local transportation is just a few meters from the house, offering hourly service during the high season (with reduced service in winter). Guests can reach La Praia Beach within a 5 to 10-minute bus ride, or take a scenic 20-minute walk via public paths and steps. At Piazza San Luca , 300 meters away, guests can catch a bus to Positano . The Sitasud bus stop , located 1 km from the property, is accessible either by a short walk (approximately 15 minutes) or via the Praiano internal bus, and provides easy access to the entire Amalfi Coast, including Sorrento , Positano , Amalfi , and Ravello . For those interested in visiting Capri , boats depart from the harbors of Positano , Amalfi , or La Praia . Water taxis can also be arranged in advance, offering a wonderful opportunity to explore the Mediterranean with family or friends. Parking is generally hassle-free, with free spaces available on the nearby communal street. In case free parking is unavailable, paid parking lots are located just 300 meters away at reasonable daily rates. One of the unique advantages of The Golden Vaults is the limited number of stairs required to access both the first and second floors—an uncommon convenience for properties along the Amalfi Coast.
