The main floor features a cozy bedroom with 2 single beds, a half bath, and an open living area with a comfy couch, two armchairs, gas fireplace, and smart TV — ideal for movie nights or just curling up with a book. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, K-cup machine, toaster, blender, utensils, and dishwasher, plus a bar with four stools. A folding dining table seats six, and the built-in reading bench adds extra seating. Upstairs, two bedrooms (king and queen) share two full bathrooms, one connected to the queen. Every bedroom has a smart TV and blackout curtains, and the kids’ room comes with a DVD player stocked with classic favorites. The upstairs bathroom houses a washer and dryer with detergent provided, and all bathrooms include shampoo/conditioner and soap. Beach towels are tucked in the upstairs dresser, and a pack-and-play is available in the king bedroom closet. Outside, the front porch invites you to relax in Adirondack chairs and watch the charming historic streets (and catch the scent of fresh treats from the bakery two doors down!). The back porch has seating for four at a table plus two armchairs, twinkle lights, a fully fenced yard with grass, and a wood-burning firepit (BYO firewood!). A shed stores beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and umbrellas, and the entryway has plenty of family-friendly games for indoor fun. Shell Yeah is a historic-modern home that’s cozy yet spacious, with lots of nooks to relax, laugh, and enjoy time together — whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer stay. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home and all its cute spaces. The backyard shed is available for beach gear, chairs, and toys -- just ask for the lock code! The owner’s closet by the front door is locked, but everything else is yours to use and enjoy during your stay. Other things to note We’re lucky to have friendly neighbors who also rent out their Airbnb — if you need extra lodging space for a larger group, let us know and we can put you in touch. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $50, depending entirely on our cleaner’s schedule — just ask!
