Duck work affects height clearance into Restroom & Laundry Area. If you're over 6ft you may need to Duck!!! ​"Please note: The central heating unit is housed within the restroom." Guest access You will have PRIVATE & UNSHARED access to the entire lower level of the home: Bed/livingroom area w work station/ Full Restroom & Laundry room. During warmer months you will have access to firepit in the back patio. Other things to note ​Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. You have exclusive, private access to your unit via a dedicated entrance, and you will not have direct contact with any family members during your stay. Please note you are staying in a section within a family home (similar to a room in a hotel). Sound can occasionally travel & light ambient noise is possible. You may hear muffled conversations or household footsteps during the day, although we strive to minimize any disturbances.
