Other things to note Pool and spa heating for under 28 nights stays: Spa heating is $89 per session (1-6 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included if you purchase the pool heating) is $199 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. Please let us know what days and times you want the pool/spa heated so we can schedule it for your stay. Please note that any unauthorized use of the spa or pool heater will incur an additional charge. Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season - usually $25-44/day. Using the pool heater or a spa daily will increase the daily fee $30-$50 additionally. Please let us know if you want to heat the pool and spot ahead of time. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
