Branch Brook Cottage - Adventure Base Camp

Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located cottage. This is a fun space to stay while visiting the Adirondacks! Located where the High Peak mountains meet the waters of Lake Champlain, this space offers the perfect base camp to all hiking, paddling, biking and skiing endeavors. Easy access to town or a quick scoot to amazing neighboring towns! After a day full of adventure come unwind at the comfy cottage, backyard fire pit or chill in the hammock. The space The Branch Brook Cottage is an open spaced studio. The space includes a sleeping area with a queen size bed and dresser. A fully equipped kitchen for dining in and cooking meals. A comfy hang out area has a couch, arm chair, coffee table and 42" roku tv. There is a front and back entrance to the cottage. The host lives on the property in the main house and both have a shared driveway with designated guest parking. Guest access The whole cottage is available for guest use as well as the immediate lawn in front and back of the cottage, including the cafe table, hammock and the fire pit in the rear lawn area. Guest are able to access the Branch Brook from the gate at the rear of the property.
