This new modern house is perfect for your vacation. It has two bedrooms with TVs and en suite bathrooms. Outside you can relax in the pool, prepare your meals in the outdoor kitchen. NEW in offer is a private jacuzzi by the pool. The pool is closed in winter ( November-April). House is located in a small, peaceful village. Also, it is located about 30 minutes drive from bigger towns in Istria. The price is all inclusive, and we only take security deposit at arrival (300€) The space This modern house is ideal for your vacation. Located in a small, peaceful village, you can enjoy in your stay by the pool, while you are having a drink or eating lunch. In the morning, you can have a calm breakfast on the balcony while you enjoy in the fresh air. Guest access Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet and a balcony. Outside there is a private pool and a one car garage. By the pool there is an outdoor toilet, kitchen with BBQ and dining area. Other things to note In the area there is a another house that we are renting, but the properties are separate and private for each guests.
