Guest access The historic Stagecoach trail hike offers great bird’s-eye views of the confluence area and American River Canyon. Its gradual gradient offers a good aerobic workout, climbing 800 ft in 2 miles from the confluence to the top, where it intersects Russell Road at our gate. The history of the trail dates back to the mid-1800s. The trail climbs through riparian corridors and some typical foothill chaparral areas. Wildflowers bloom in the spring in several areas. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore. When entering and exiting, please ensure all gates are closed securely behind you. Fruit, Vegetables & Flowers Guests are welcome to pick seasonal fruit—such as mandarins, apples, pears—and any vegetables that are ripe during their stay. Flower cutting is also available during certain times of the year when the garden is in bloom. Other things to note We’re so glad you’re here. Keep gates locked. • Adult-only property. • No children- pool is unfenced • All outdoor areas are used at your own risk. Pets • No visiting animals allowed. Resident dog and cat in the yard. Record Player • The system is delicate. • Please do not use unless you are familiar with proper operation, or ask for instructions before using. Home Systems & Entertainment Heating & AC • Each room’s wall-mounted unit has its own remote. Televisions • TVs are already logged into streaming services.
