THE LIVING AREA Step inside to discover an open-concept space where floor-to-ceiling exposed brick walls immediately captivate. These aren't decorative brick facades – these are the original 1800s structural walls of this historic building, showcasing natural variations in color, texture, and the patina of time. Soaring ceilings with exposed industrial ductwork (painted a warm copper tone as a design feature) amplify the loft's distinctive industrial-chic aesthetic. The living area features a comfortable seating arrangement perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Old Town. A Smart TV is ready for streaming your favorite shows, and the open layout creates an airy, spacious feel despite the loft's cozy footprint. Natural light fills the space from windows facing a quiet side street – you're steps from King Street's energy but tucked away from the noise for peaceful mornings and restful nights. While there are stairs at the main entrance to reach the lobby, once inside you're immediately at your door – no climbing multiple flights in this historic building without an elevator. Guest access BUILDING & UNIT ACCESS FIRST FLOOR LOCATION This unit is located on the first floor of the building. Please note there are stairs at the main building entrance to reach the first-floor lobby – however, once inside, your unit is immediately accessible with no additional flights to climb. In a historic building without an elevator, this is a significant advantage over upper-floor units. You'll appreciate the first-floor location whether you're: - Arriving with luggage (only entrance stairs, not multiple flights) - Making trips to and from your car - Traveling with your dog (quicker outdoor access than upper floors) - Coming back late at night - Preferring to minimize stair climbing SELF CHECK-IN We offer convenient self check-in via keypad entry – no need to coordinate schedules or wait for a key handoff. Approximately 48 hours before your arrival, you'll receive: - Your personal entry code - Step-by-step access instructions with photos - Our contact information for any questions Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking calendar – just ask!
