Home Sweet Home 3 minutes from main gate of FLW

My Home Sweet Home is only 3 short minutes(1.5 miles)from the main gate of Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Spacious and recently updated and great for families coming to graduations! Aldi's, shopping and restaurants are only a few blocks away. You will enjoy memorable family time in my well stocked kitchen and open living room to dining room. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The kids can play in a fenced backyard. A firepit with attached grill is on the cement patio. The space 1 master suite with private bathroom and rain shower, queen bed, 40 inch Roku tv, and 2 closets. 1 bunk room - twin over full bunkbed and a full sized futon that opens to a bed. 1 more bedroom with a queen bed and crib. My home comfortably sleeps 8 plus an infant. A shared bathroom in the hall with a deep tub and shower. A modern Farmhouse style kitchen with dishwasher, glass top stove, oven , coffee and tea center, and a large refrigerator. A washer/dryer unit is in the corner of the kitchen. Guest access There is no access to the basement or garage.(private apartment) You're more than welcome to use the front yard and fenced back yard but no access to the side lot on other side of driveway. Other things to note I live in the downstairs apartment so you may hear some normal household sounds. No pets with the exception of service animals with prior notification. There is a $300 fee for unauthorized pets. No EV charging, please. The Casey's gas station up the road has multiple charging stations. There are stairs going up to the main level that you will need to navigate, and to access the back yard from the patio, there are some stairs as well. Please watch your step when opening the baby gate at the top of the stairs- there is a bar to step over. Please note that, similar to many areas in Saint Robert, we occasionally experience brief, momentary, or short-term city power interruptions due to local infrastructure. These usually resolve quickly on their own.
