Other things to note Event Policy: Events may be permitted with prior host approval and an additional fee. All events must wind down by 11:00 PM to comply with quiet hours. Overnight guests may not exceed 14, and total event attendance must be approved in advance. Use of outdoor areas is limited to approved spaces only. Parking is permitted in designated areas—no driving or parking on grass. Open flames, fireworks, tents, vendors, or amplified music require prior written approval. Guests are responsible for all cleanup and any damage to the home, grounds, landscaping, or surrounding property. Noise complaints, unauthorized guests, or rule violations may result in immediate event termination and additional charges. Please message us with event details before booking for approval.
