You’ll find pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, baking dishes, a toaster, a blender, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Outside, enjoy the fire pit, rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach, or fire up the grill. There are also several excellent local fish markets nearby if you want to cook the catch of the day. For pet owners, the yard, ground level, and upper deck are fully fenced and gated, making it easy to let your dog step outside safely. Check-in is simple and convenient with keyless entry. The ground level features a covered carport, swings, chairs, a picnic table, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and fire pit. This level also includes a storage area stocked with beach gear, including a beach cart, six chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler, along with cruiser bikes for exploring the area. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the downstairs storage area for your convenience. The main living space includes a comfortable seating area and a large smart TV. YouTube TV is provided for live channels, and you’re also welcome to log into your own streaming services. The kitchen offers bar seating at the counter as well as a dining table with seating for six. The home has three bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The queen bedroom and bunk room each have TVs with Roku. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway, as well as a second full bathroom with a shower attached to the primary bedroom. Other things to note The home can accommodate up to two dogs with a $150 pet fee, which is included when you indicate you are bringing a pet during booking.
