The path to the door may be dark at night. Other things to note Important Things to Know: (Please Read) To ensure clear expectations and a smooth stay: - Parking: Street parking only. Parking is generally available, but can be limited and harder to find later in the evening. - Climate control: The suite uses an individual heating/cooling unit, no central A/C or heat - Noise: As with most apartment buildings, occasional neighbor noise, including upstairs movement, may be heard - Smoking: While the building is smoke-free; occasional scents may be noticeable - Shared Spaces: The building units are individually owned, and shared spaces may occasionally show activity or mess from other units - Pets: Dogs/cats live in the building and occasional barking/pet sounds may occur - Light: The suite receives natural light; blinds do not fully black out the room. - Pathway: While there is a pathway light, the path to the suite may be dark at night or wet when raining - Entertainment: A projector (not a traditional TV) is provided and may load slower at times Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Property: Guests are responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen items from the property during their stay. If items are found to be missing or stolen, the guest agrees to reimburse the host for the full replacement cost, including taxes and reasonable handling fees. Claims will be submitted through Airbnb’s Resolution Center with supporting documentation. For transparency, replacement costs may range up to $500 per item, depending on the nature of the item.
