Located just 15 minutes from Conway or Cabot, AR. 38 minutes to LR. The space Quiet country setting off a main highway & close to major amenities. Guest access Door code assigned and provided once stay has been confirmed and paid for. Other things to note Absolutely No Smoking of any kind. No partying & must park only in designated parking area. There is not a cleaning fee IF the residence is left as you acquired it. Anyone who rents and is found in violation of the house rules will be charged a $50 excess clean-up fee. The Guest House host has severe allergies therefore it is very important that house rules are followed.
