The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with thoughtfully arranged spaces: a king, queen, and full bed on the main level, plus two bedrooms downstairs featuring a king and queen. The primary suite opens to a private patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. A washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets are also provided for your convenience. One of the highlights is the enclosed sunroom—ideal for spring and summer lounging or year-round relaxation. With its own A/C unit, a large dining table for meals and games, a seating area, and a 55” Smart TV, it’s a favorite gathering space filled with natural light. Outside, enjoy the covered patio with outdoor dining and a grill for warm-weather meals and evenings outdoors. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner, with cookware, essentials, and a selection of spices provided. Start your mornings at the coffee bar, featuring both a Keurig and a classic coffee maker with complimentary pods and grounds. Traveling with little ones? A pack ’n play and high chair are provided to make family stays simple and stress-free. Guest access Plenty of off-street parking spaces provided on the property. There is room for 4-5 vehicle spaces in the driveway and a one-stall garage with street parking available, if needed. Guests will also appreciate the ADA-accessibility of this home. While the chair lift is not operable leading to the basement, guests in wheelchairs can still access: - Ramp leading directly to the front door - Living room and kitchen - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level - Master bathroom which has grab bars for the shower and the toilet - Outdoor deck, patio and sunroom (access from master bedroom patio) Other things to note **Lost & Found** We’re not responsible for forgotten belongings—please do a final sweep of the space before leaving. **Additional Charges & Penalties:** ➢ 🧹 **Excessive Cleaning Fee – $500** Leaving the unit in an unusually dirty condition will result in a deep cleaning fee. ➢ 🚫 **Violation Fine – $500** Unregistered guests, parties, or pets will incur a $500 fee. ➢ 🚬 **Smoking Fine – $500** Any type of smoking detected will result in a $500 charge. ➢ ✨ **Glitter/Confetti Fine – $250+** Please avoid using glitter or confetti to prevent extra cleaning fees starting at $250. ➢ 🛠️ **Damage Accountability** You are responsible for any property damages caused during your stay. ➢ 🔑 **Lost Key Replacement – $75** ➢ ⏰ **Late Check-Out Fee – $50** (This applies if you overstay past check-out without prior notice.)
