Relax with the whole family in this country house where tranquility is breathed. Enjoy its pool, palapa, barbecue and bar, tables, chairs, large green areas and full air conditioning. It has a kitchen, refrigerator, dining room, living room, a loft on the second floor with space for 4-8 people, and 2 bedrooms with beds for 8 more. You and your family will enjoy it very much. There is a cooler, cookware, pans, plates, cutlery, blankets, pillows, etc. 22 Hours MAXIMUM 20 PEOPLE The space When you enter the cabin, there is a dining area, a living room, and stairs to go up to the loft. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, and utensils. Inside the cabin, there is a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, plus one with a double bed and a TV. There is also a TV in the gazebo. The other bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a bed (sleeps 6). Outside, there is a small porch with chairs and rocking chairs. The loft (the upper part) has mattresses on the floor for approximately 6-7 people (if you like, you can take the mattresses down to the living room if you don't want to go up the stairs). You can also use the armchairs in the living room for sleeping. The rooms are air-conditioned, as is the living room (although it takes a little while to cool down), but there are also a couple of fans inside the cabin, and a couple (wall and ceiling) in the gazebo. The palapa has tables and chairs, as well as ceiling fans, a bar and grill area, a discada pan with a wood-fired rocket stove, and cooking utensils. There is a pool that is approximately 5 meters by 9 meters and 1.50 meters deep, with a wading pool to one side. There is also a diving board that can support up to 150 kg and a children's play area. The maintenance person lives on the property, but don't worry. He is at the end of the property in the house designated for him. He can also help in case of questions or requests. Guest access Upon arrival, you can park outside the property (to avoid damaging the lawn). It is a very quiet area, and Don Felix (the caretaker) is the one who will give you access to the property. The light in the green areas goes out at 1:00 AM without exception But the lights in the gazebo, pool and cabin will remain on without any problem. You can stay together until whenever you like without any problem. Just remember not to put objects into the pool, such as bottles, cans, foam, paper, etc., as it can damage the filtration pump, and not to tamper with tools and/or machines on the property. Maximum 20 people The check-in and check-out times must be respected so that we can prepare everything for the next rental. That's why we have 22-hour stays, to leave 2 hours to prepare for the next guests. We kindly ask you to leave everything as you found it, as we don't charge a cleaning fee and we want to keep it that way. Thank you. Other things to note ------------------ FORBIDDEN -------------------- - MASS PARTIES - RAVES - DRUGS - FIREARMS - THROWING OBJECTS AND/OR LIQUIDS INTO THE POOL (FOAM, BEER, CANS, BOTTLES, CONFETTI, BALLOONS, ETC.) - HANDLING TOOLS/EQUIPMENT OWNED BY THE ESTATE - ANY ITEMS MISSING WILL BE CHARGED TO THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RENTAL, AS WELL AS EXTRA CLEANING IN THE EVENT THE PLACE OR THE POOL IS LEFT IN POOR CONDITION. If, in any case, the pool water needs to be changed, the guest will be charged the equivalent of 6 water trucks, which is what is required to refill it (extreme cases) - PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME
