They do not ad The space The sleeping arrangements are: 4 king beds 2 roll away single cots 1 pull out sleeper sofa If you will be arriving with 14 people, you will need to provide the sleeping arrangements for guest #13 and #14. Our 4 king beds, 2 roll away single cots, and 1 sleeper sofa can sleep 12 people. Please inquire if you need further clarity to this. From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel as if you have transported into a lush tropical paradise. There is just something about that balcony view in the way the idyllic blue ocean meets the luminous green grass and the palm trees float through the skies. It's sure to take your breath away. You can expect to arrive to fresh, clean, modern, and well kept condos. Gel infused memory foam king beds in all 4 bedrooms (and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area and 2 roll away cots in the other living area). Fresh sanitized and laundered linens. Charging devices to keep you connected. If you find you've spent one too many days in the sun and need some indoor reprieve, we have a 50" Roku smart TV in the living space and 42" Roku TV in the bedroom. There are 3 pools, 3 kiddie pools, and 1 hot tub on resort property Located inside the clubhouse (which is in the center of the resort), you will find gym equipment, multiple tables and chairs, and both a men's and women's restroom. We invite guests to bring a bag of charcoal and BBQ fresh Sea of Cortez shrimp which can be found on just about every corner in Rocky Point. There is a convenience store located in the C building which feels as if it has a little of everything; with the ever so important bags of (purified) ice! We are in the C building, 2nd floor. Beach towels are NOT provided. Guests need to provide their own Guest access Guests have full private access to (2) two-bedroom condos. This listing is for 2 condos right next to each other at Princesa. They are C206 and C207. They do not adjoin from the inside. Rather each one has its own front door and this is how you enter each one. Other things to note We are in the C building, 2nd floor. The buildings at Princesa are labeled A through E and are in a horse shoe shape. The C building is the furthest set back from the beach. This provides for a more calm setting. The resort is a beachfront resort but please make note that you need to make your way on the walk paths of the resort to access the beach. Taxis and food deliveries are permitted up to the guard house. They are not permitted inside the resort. Addressing heating dates of the pool in the winter. There is not a set date that the heated pool begins being heated and when it is turned off in the spring. It varies every year and depends on the air and water temperature. If a heated pool is of material importance to booking your stay, please message me and the absolute best I can tell you is if it is currently being heated. We have the checkbox that the pool is heated in the winter but the winter season varies, so please inquire first before booking. Please note: only 1 pool at the resort is heated in the winter. We do not offer TV programming in the condo (i.e. no satellite, no cable TV, no standard TV channels, no US sports games and no US News). We offer a Roku TV in the living room and each bedroom. It has app's on it for which you can log into your own streaming accounts (such as Amazon Prime and Netflix). If watching US sports or US news is of importance to your lifestyle, we suggest researching ideas on how to do so in Mexico before your arrival. Princesa is a smoke-free and vape-free resort. This includes all areas of the resort of all common areas, inside the condo, and the balcony. This is strictly enforced by resort security. Failure to comply can result in removal from the resort. Smoking and vaping is prohibited. The swim up bar is privately operated by Colin's Cantina. Its hours are determined by Colin's Cantina and the potential occupancy conditions of the resort. If ensuring the bar will be open for the duration of your stay, please contact them ahead of time, before booking with us. Our homeowners association covenants codes and restrictions do not permit renters to have animals of any kind including but not limited to service animals nor emotional support animals. As we are located in Mexico, ADA rules and governances do not apply in this case. ADA rules and governance apply to properties in the United States. Our railings are within code. If you have little ones and this spacing is of concern, our listing maybe no be suitable for your needs. The on-site restaurant is closed on Wednesdays Visitors are no permitted. Only guest registered in your reservation are permitted. The maximum number allowed guests (including adults children and infants) is 6 people. This listing is for both C206 and C207 condos! They do not adjoin from the inside of the condominiums. You will access each of them via the front door. Each condo has it's own front door.
