Welcome to the "Hyggelig-Haus" in Elz! This wonderful light-flooded attic apartment will delight you! High ceilings, exposed beams, the bathtub with a direct view of the starry sky, a strong air conditioning, the spacious living area with an open kitchen... you will feel comfortable here, for sure! A garden with terrace, parking and despite the wonderfully quiet location, public transportation and restaurants are nearby. Only 4 km to Limburg, only 10 minutes to the ICE! The space Your apartment "Panorama" in the Hyggelig-Haus is very high quality and equipped with a lot of attention to detail. - The light-flooded attic apartment with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams makes every heart beat faster - The apartment has two (!) full-fledged bedrooms with a double bed or a single bed for sweet dreams of up to 3 people. On request, we can also provide a baby cot or a comfortable guest bed for an older child. - You have a beautiful open living room with flat screen TV, blue-ray/DVD player and hi-fi system. And so that you can also make yourself comfortable with a glass of tea or red wine, we have also prepared a collection of exciting books, DVDs and magazines for you. - The high-quality open kitchen with full equipment and cool bar makes every heart beat faster, especially if the dishwasher does the dishes for you... ...while you enjoy the view from the skylight into the starry sky with a relaxing bubble bath in the extra-large bathtub -or start the day with a refreshing shower in the large round shower. - At the additional small dining table you can sit comfortably together, for example, while playing cards and cloning - With the free Wi-Fi connection you can surf the Internet from any room without any problems - A parking space and by arrangement a garage space for car, motorcycle, KiWa are at your disposal - Do the laundry washing machine and dryer for you - The 30 sqm terrace with the adjoining garden is available to all our guests and is ideal for grilling or to end the day nicely outdoors. BBQ facilities are available. - For your children we are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair if needed. "Hyggelig" comes from Danish and describes a special attitude towards life of the "happiest people in the world". Translated, "hyggelig" means cozy - in Danish it means much more: the philosophy of happiness and well-being, of being together with friends, making yourself at home and relaxing. The Hyggelig house is a place where you feel at home... You can choose from three individually furnished, closed units: the apartment "Berg" on the 1st floor, 90m² with large balcony, the apartment "Tal" on the ground floor, 90m² with balcony and direct access to the terrace and ****** THIS STATE-OF-THE-ART APARTMENT "PANORAMA" with approx. 60 m² ******. Our guests have the Hyggelig-Haus all to themselves! On request, however, a baby bed in the large bedroom and a second additional guest bed in the small bedroom can be set up. If you are tall, our other two apartments "Berg" and "Tal" may be better for you due to the sloping roofs.
