Other things to note • The pond is not suitable for swimming but is great for light kayaking or fishing. Natural vegetation may be present during warmer months. •Please note: The property has an automated lawn irrigation system that may operate during your stay. • The home operates on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper. • Exterior security cameras are installed at the front, back, and deck areas for safety (no indoor cameras). • Guests are kindly asked to complete a short online check-in form and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. • Laundry Service: A washer and dryer are available through our laundry service only. The machines are located in the owner’s storage area and are not guest-accessible.
