Escape to our peaceful canal-front oasis featuring a heated pool, raised spa with jets, and BBQ area. Enjoy morning coffee by the water, paddle through the canal in our kayaks, or bring or rent a boat or jet ski and dock it at our private pier. The pool and spa share the same heating system. Unwind in stylish indoor-outdoor spaces filled with natural light, just minutes from Fort Myers and Naples beaches—perfect for a luxurious yet cozy getaway. The space Our home is a spacious canal-front oasis perfect for families and groups. It features 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining areas, fast WiFi, Smart TVs, and an open layout with beautiful water views. The star of the house is the screened-in pool area with a heated pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor dining, kayaks, fire pit, and comfortable seating to enjoy the sunset. We also provide board games, PlayStation 4 (bring your own games), soccer balls, pickleball paddles, and baby gear upon request. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ area, kayaks, fire pit area, living room, kitchen, dining spaces, washer/dryer, and all amenities listed. Parking for up to 6 cars is available in the driveway. The only areas not accessible to guests are a small locked owner’s closet and the pump area next to the pool equipment. Other things to note Other details to note • Pool & Spa: Optional heating service: $65/day. The pool and spa share the same heating and circulation system. The spa is not an independently heated hot tub. When heating is purchased, both the pool and spa are heated together. The automated system operates daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. It is normal for the spa water level to lower overnight when the pumps are off and return to normal when the system restarts in the morning. • Kayaks: 4 kayaks available (one 3-person, one 2-person, two singles). Life jackets required. • Safety: Two exterior security cameras only (driveway and side of the house). No interior cameras. • Maintenance: – Pool technician: Fridays around 10 AM (no swimming for ~2 hours). – Gardener: Thursday–Saturday. • Steps: Small steps leading into the laundry room, master suite, and from the BBQ area to the pool. • Windows and doors should remain fully closed to protect the A/C system and prevent insects/wildlife. • BBQ should be left reasonably clean to avoid a $150 cleaning fee. • Fire pit and BBQ are for adult use only. • No glass near the pool for safety. • Baby gear available upon request (high chair, stroller, playpen, toys). • PlayStation 4 available — guests must bring and log in with their own games. Home comfort note: We use light scent plug-ins in some areas for a fresh feel. You’re welcome to unplug them anytime if you prefer.
