The kitchen is to your right, while two closets are on your left — the first is open for guest use, and the second is a locked owner’s closet. Continuing forward, you’ll find the living and dining area. The right side features a cozy living room with a couch, coffee table, Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. On the left, a sliding door leads to the balcony, and a dining table with seating for four completes the space. On the further left side of the main level, there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom: Right bedroom: Full-size bed Left bedroom: Queen bed The bathroom, located next to the queen bedroom, includes a shower. BALCONY: Accessible from the living room area, the balcony offers Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. UNDER THE HOUSE AREA: A great place to unwind — featuring outdoor swings with a coffee table, two kayaks available for use (with signed waiver), an outdoor dining table, and another charcoal grill.
