The neighborhood is ever changing and becoming one of the most desirable places to be. We are in walking distance to Center Market, short distance from downtown Wheeling and Capital Theater and a short drive to Ogelbay. The area is walkable and safe. Great for outdoor enthusiasts and bike riders with lots of neighborhood trails. The area is bustling with activity. Once inside the place is very cozy , quiet and comfortable. The bedroom is to the back of the house and is very quiet. The neighborhood and this block in particular is very safe with lots of on street parking.
