Center Lake Vacation Waterfront Features: • Private dock off our shoreline for fishing, small shallow boats & relaxing • Channel-front views with eastern Center Lake access • Direct channel to Center Lake (This is a shallow channel – Kayaks, Canoes, Paddle Boards, fishing boats and small watercraft only. Nothing with a deep draft) • The Village of Salem Lakes maintains a public boat launch (There is a fee to use) on the west side of Center Lake • Center Lake is ~126 acres with a max depth of 28 ft. • Better for Smaller Watercraft: The launch seems more favorable for kayaks, canoes, small fishing boats, rather than large speedboats or big pontoons. • Direct channel to Center Lake Outdoor & Recreation: • Fishing from the dock - common species include bass, bluegill, perch, northern pike, and walleye. • Kayaking/Canoe/Paddle Boarding – Can launch on the west side of Center Lake at public launch, or from our shoreline • Nearby trails, parks & water activities – Several Parks and trails closeby • Close to Southern Wisconsin local restaurants, shopping & attractions • 4-Person Ice Fishing Shanty in the Shed.
