Enjoy your stay at the Holly House - a peaceful private home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Close to the interstates (both I-70/470) and one of Topeka’s most popular parks! Walkable to multiple local restaurants. No neighbors behind the house! Enjoy your morning and evening drinks on the large patios. Home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Early check-in and out available for $20 (up to two hours) at host’s discretion. Come enjoy our simple and functional home! The space Our home has 2 furnished bedrooms with comfortable queen or full size beds. The third bedroom is unfurnished and a great place to store luggage or set up a pack-and-play for your little one! There is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and grab bars. The vanity top has extra space on both sides of the sink to place personal items. The living room is sizable and can comfortably seat up to 6 guests on our couches. One couch can convert into a queen sized pull-out bed. The kitchen is full sized and equipped with all appliances and basic needs to cook a meal. The dining table can seat 4 with additional folding chairs (stored near the back door) available for larger groups. Beautiful patios on both front and back of home that are shaded most of the day. There’s a couple comfortable rocking chairs on the back deck and extra bag chairs available. No neighbors are behind the home and there’s a nice tree line. It really feels secluded and quiet when you’re back there. The backyard is spacious for kids to run around although isn’t fully fenced. There is a charcoal grill on the back porch available to you during your stay. Offstreat parking and also able to park on the street for larger groups. Guest access Entire main level of home. Guests do not have access to the garage or basement area of the home. Other things to note TV in living room has Roku for guests to login to their personal streaming accounts.
